Roaring River State Park

From the modern convention center to the CCC era cabins, Roaring River offers a diverse experience in this picturesque valley. A 20 million gallon spring provides the habitat for trout fishing, and hiking along a well developed trail system will take you through savannahs and glades to the hills that dominate the park. Of note is the old growth forest located in the Roaring River Hills Wild Area.
